Detail Itinerary
Day 01: Delhi – Agra
Arrive Delhi and proceed to Agra. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Agra – Jaipur
Morning sightseeing tour visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by the
Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to
enshrine her mortal remains. Later visit the Agra Fort containing the
Pearl Mosque and the halls of Public and Pivate Audience. Afternoon
drive to Jaipur (235 km. approx. 5hrs.) enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri
built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 to commemorate the birth of his son and
later abandoned due to Scarcity of Water. Visit the remains of its
fortifications within the city including Jama Masjit, Tomb of Salim
Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces. On arrival check in at the
hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Jaipur
Morning excurtal of the state until 1928,
to see the Sheesh Mahal or the hall of Victory glittering with
mirrors, Jai Mahal and the Temple of Kali. Ascend on elephant back,
the hill on which the fort is situated. Afternoon city sight-seeing
tour. Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan, was given a color of pink a
century ago in honor of a visiting Prince, ever since it has retained
that color. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this
city is 260 years old. Visit the Maharaja’s City Palace & the
observatory, Albert Hall and
Museum, Ram Niwas Gardens; drive past Hawa Mahal or the Palace of
Winds. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Jaipur – Bikaner
Early morning drive to Bikaner Afternoon city sightseeing tour.
Bikaner is named after its
Founder Rao Bikaji, who established
the Kingdom in1488. But long before this, the city was a trade centre
on the caravan route from Africa and West Asia. Bikaner’s dominant
features are rippling sands & abundant sunshine. The city stands on
an elevation, enclosed by 7 km. wall which can be entered from 5
gates. Bikaner city is blostered by imposing walls and has a 16th
Centure fort housing old Palaces, Temples ans a Mosque. Founde by
Raja Rai Singh, the fort is distinguished by its long range of 37
pavillions, a line balconies and aerial windows of varying designs.
Also visit Museum, Bhanda Sagar Jain Temple and Deshnoke Rat Temple.
Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 05: Bikaner- Jaisalmer
Morning drive to Jaisalmer ( 333 km.approx.7
hrs.) On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight
stay at hotel.
Day 06: Jaisalmer + Sam Sand Dunes +
Camel Ride
After breakfast visit Fort of Jaisalmer, Gadisar Lake, Jain Temple,
Patwon Ki Haveli, Nathmalji Ki Haveli & Salim Singhs Haveli. Afternoon
Excursion to Sam Sand Dunes here you will enjoy the Camel ride and
witness the Sun Set against the Sand Dunes. Evening enjoy the Folk
Dance show. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 07: Jaisalmer- Jodhpur
Early morning drive to Jodhpur
( 287 km. approx. 7 hrs.) On arrival check in at- hotel. Afternoon
city sightseeing tour. Jodhpur, the strong hold of the fierce Rathore
clan, was founded in 1459 by Prince Jodha. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort,
situated on a low sandstone Hill. Within the Fort visit Moti Mahal and
Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing Marble cenotaph
built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II around 1899 and the art –
deco inspired Umaid Bhawan Palace and its Museum. Overnight stay at
Hotel.
Day 08: Jodhpur to Udaipur via Ranakpur
Breakfast at hotel. Later drive
to Udaipur. Enroute visit Famous Jain Temple of Ranakpur. (Jain
Temples at Ranakpur. Built in white Marble. Its 29 halls Spread over
40,000 sq.ft. And consisting of 1,444 Pillers, (not one of which is
alike in its carving.) After visit continue drive to Udaipur. On
arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 09: Udaipur Sightseeing + Boat Cruise
After breakfast, morning tour of Udaipur city includes Palace Museum,
Sahelion Ki Bari, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal, Folk art Museum, Jagdish
Temple. Evening enjoy the Boat Ride at Lake Pichola. Overnight stay at
hotel.
Day 10: Udaipur to Delhi,
After break fast check out the hotel And drive to Delhi.Check inn the
hotel. Over night stay at the Delhi.
Day11:-Delhi
After Breakfast Check out the hotel, transfer to Delhi Airport/
Railway station for your ownward journey
